Kenya has awarded a Sh4.06 billion contract to Shengli Engineering Construction Group Company Limited to upgrade the Uplands-Githunguri-Ruiru road to bitumen standards, marking a key step in efforts to strengthen transport infrastructure within the Nairobi metropolitan region.
